Introduction

Flavor Bloom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement occurring on our website, flavorbloom.online.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA notice, you must provide the following five elements: 1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; 2) identification of the infringing material and its URL on our site; 3) your contact information (name, address, phone, and email); 4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and 5) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your name, address, and phone number, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your address.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Flavor Bloom will terminate the accounts of users who are repeatedly found to infringe on others' copyrights. We may also remove or disable access to material that is alleged to be infringing, even in the absence of a repeat infringement finding.
